The cost of a school promotional video depends on your marketing goals. Some schools like a single video that targets a wide range of audiences from pupils and parents to partners and sponsors. Other schools prefer to have individual videos optimised to reach their intended target audience. This approach can be a great way for the school to speak to the desired audience in a direct and sincere manner.
The packages below give you an idea of the possible styles of video and associated costs, but we are able to cater for larger productions. If you would like a quote for projects that fall outside the standard packages, please get in touch.
Our packages are an indicator of what we offer, but not the limit of what we can do.

School Highlight

A single video 1-3 minutes in length highlighting the best of what was captured during the visit to the school, set to appropriate music.

This package doesn’t include a piece to camera or on camera interviews. Please consider alternative packages if you would like to lend a voice to your video or speak to your audience directly.

Interviews of teachers, parents and students as needed with professional lighting and audio, cutaways of your school in action to support the story, carefully selected music.
All carefully edited to tell the story of your school.

If you need visits to multiple locations to cover trips out or other events for inclusion in your video, please consider an alternative package.

One day at your school (or preferred location) for conducting interviews or recording a piece to camera.
One day following your schedule to capture key and exciting aspects of your school or event.
School Adventure Film

A video of length suitable to the story we are telling to include:
Interviews of teachers, parents and students as needed with professional lighting and audio, cutaways of your school in action to support the story, carefully selected music.
Additional footage highlighting the exciting events and activities your school take part in.
All carefully edited to tell the story of your school.

Optimised versions of your video for a variety of social media platforms. It is also possible to take still images from the video to allow you to maximise the impact of your social media presence.
